Refund Policy

Each order includes one (1) free revision to accommodate any changes you’d like to make to your edited photo or video.

We stand by our work with a 100% money-back guarantee if we are unable to perfectly edit your photo or video. There is no risk to you—either you receive a flawlessly edited product, or you get your money back. However, refunds will only be granted under the following condition: all available revision options must be exhausted. A refund will only be processed after we have made every possible effort to meet your expectations.

If you or someone acting on your behalf initiates a PayPal dispute, credit card chargeback, or any similar payment dispute, you agree to close or withdraw the dispute within 24 hours of us providing evidence of product delivery to you, PayPal, or any other relevant payment provider ("Payment Provider"). Failure to do so authorizes us to submit these terms, along with proof of delivery, to the Payment Provider for resolution. You also agree to indemnify Timeless Embrace for any losses or damages resulting from non-compliance with this clause.

You are entitled to the number of revisions specified on our website for the product you purchased.
